Hospitality

From Michelin-starred restaurants to five-star retreats.

We’re on hand for guest comfort at restaurants, hotels, wellness clubs, and resorts far and wide.

The common thread? An unwavering attention to detail.

When detail is paramount, decisions about guest comfort are meticulous. That’s when we get chosen.

01 Dine

In the Michelin Guide

On 14 October 2026, Michelin rated Australian restaurants for the first time. Three of the restaurants it named keep WØRKS Wash and Balm by the basin.

Arkhé

Norwood, SA · One Michelin Star

The open hearth at Arkhé, flames burning beneath hanging pans in a blackened brick surround

Jake Kellie cooks everything over fire on The Parade. No gas, no electricity, just a three-and-a-half-tonne wood oven and ironwood coals. Studio Gram built the room around worn ceramics, frayed fabric and knots left in the timber, and it reads like a place that has been loved for decades.

Anvers

Kangarilla, SA · One Michelin Star

Long set tables in the Anvers dining room, framed by black steel and floor-to-ceiling glass

The first name read out on Michelin’s Australian stage. Connor Bishop cooks in a glass dining room built onto a 1949 dairy, up Razorback Road above the family vines. The inspectors said the view alone justifies the drive. They’re right.

Fugazzi

Adelaide, SA · Michelin Selected

Laura and Max Sharrad’s Italian-American room on a laneway off Leigh Street takes its name from New York slang for a fake. Velvet, marble, leather and a red lacquered wine wall. Nothing else about it is fake, least of all the bathroom.

02 Stay

Off the beaten track

Some of the best experiences are a long drive, or a short flight, from anywhere. We like that about them. It means the bathroom has to be worth the trip.

Two seaside villas, Selkie and Eko, on a sheltered bay where guests swim with wild sea lions and dolphins in the morning. Interiors by Jacqui Dunn, in natural materials and local artwork. Saltbush is by the basin, which makes sense: mineral and clean is what the place already smells like.

Nest & Nature

Inman Valley, SA · MICHELIN Guide Hotel Selection

Two off-grid suites, Nest and Mist, on one of the highest points of the Fleurieu Peninsula, an hour from Adelaide. Floor-to-ceiling glass, heated floors, stone baths, and one more bath out on the terrace beside the fire pit. Mark and Claire wanted a single scent through the whole place. They chose Amber.

03 Play

Between sets

A sport club bathroom works harder than most. Sweat, sauna, cold plunge, then straight back to the office looking like none of it happened.

Recess Padel Club

Port Melbourne, VIC

The indoor padel courts at Recess Padel Club, Port Melbourne
A coffee from the Recess café, Port Melbourne

Melbourne’s first lifestyle padel club: five courts sourced from Spain, a café lounge built for long debriefs, infrared and traditional saunas and two cold plunges. Vetiver sits at the basins, Saltbush softens skin in the showers, and our Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner leave hair silkier than when it arrived.

04 Amenities

What’s by the basin

01

Scent

Seven scents across hands, body and hair, with an additional three designed specifically for air and ambiance. All infused into clean, vegan, botanical formulations made in Melbourne.

02

Materials

Smoky grey, non-slip glass bottles, dishwasher safe, and built to be refilled. Lockable marine-grade stainless steel brackets keep them where they belong. Slimline aluminium bottles hold our haircare.

03

Refills

Kerbside-recyclable aluminium canisters, not plastic pouches, for smaller spaces. Trade-exclusive 20-litre refills available for busier venues. The bottle on the bench never needs replacing.

04

Formulation

Our wash is true liquid soap, saponified from 98% certified organic olive and coconut oils. Our balm is made with five gold-standard plant oils, and absorbs in 60 seconds so nobody leaves the bathroom with slippery hands.
