Refund policy
Please shop carefully as we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please email photographs that clearly show the damage (including the product and outer packaging) to info@worksproducts.com.au within 24 hours of receipt. Please include your order number and original proof of purchase.
If we determine that the product was damaged in transit we'll request that you return it to us. Return postage must be paid by the customer and will then be reimbursed by WØRKS in the original form of payment. Please retain your postal receipt until we confirm that we have received the package to allow for tracking. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will dispatch a replacement product.
