Shipping policy

The shipment of orders of AUD$80 or more placed via this website will be free of charge to any Australian residential address. The shipment of orders of AUD$79 or less placed via this website will be charged at a flat rate of $12 to any Australian residential address, business address or PO box.

WØRKS ships orders via Australia Post, Sendle, and a variety of couriers.

WØRKS will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within seven (7) business days (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays) to metro areas from the date the order was submitted. Delivery to regional areas may take longer. Please note that WØRKS is unable to support time slot delivery. 





WØRKS uses a third-party service to make all deliveries. Customers acknowledge that there may be cases were delivery times are outside of the control of WØRKS, and that WØRKS cannot be held liable for delays in shipping.
