Shipping policy

The shipment of orders of AUD$50 or more placed via this website will be free of charge to any Australian residential address. The shipment of orders of AUD$49 or less placed via this website will be charged at a flat rate of $12 to any Australian residential address, business address or PO box.

WØRKS ships orders via Australia Post and major couriers.

WØRKS aims to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery to metro areas typically takes 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from dispatch, and WØRKS will use reasonable endeavours to deliver within seven (7) business days of the order being submitted. Delivery to regional areas may take longer. Please note that WØRKS is unable to support time slot delivery.

WØRKS also ships internationally to selected countries, including New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and most of Europe. International shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

WØRKS uses third-party services to make all deliveries. Customers acknowledge that there may be cases where delivery times are outside of the control of WØRKS, and that WØRKS cannot be held liable for delays in shipping.
