Are your products natural?

Yes. Our formulations are made with high-quality plant-based ingredients, including cold-pressed oils, botanical extracts, and essential oils. We avoid unnecessary additives and formulate with intention—every ingredient has a purpose.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All WØRKS products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals. We also do not sell in regions where animal testing is required by law.

Where are your products made?

All products are made in small batches in Melbourne. Every product is hand-filled, hand-labelled, and quality-checked by our team.

What skin types are your products suitable for?

Our hand and body care products are formulated to be gentle, nourishing, and non-stripping. They’re suitable for most skin types, including sensitive. If you have specific allergies or concerns, we recommend reviewing the full ingredients list on each product page.

Do your products contain allergens?

Where relevant, we disclose all fragrance allergens in compliance with EU and Australian cosmetic regulations. You’ll find a full ingredients list on every product page.

What is the difference between your soap and a typical hand wash?

Our liquid soap is a true soap—made via traditional saponification using olive oil, coconut oil, and shea butter. Most commercial hand washes are synthetic detergents. Ours is richer, more nourishing, and leaves the skin soft—not stripped.

Do you offer refills?

Yes—refill culture is part of our design philosophy. Our glass bottles are designed for reuse and our aluminium refill canisters are kerbside recyclable. We currently offer refills for our liquid hand soaps and body soaps. While our hand creams and balms are rich in viscosity and too thick to pour, we’re exploring future solutions.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes. Our glass bottles, aluminium tubes and refills, and cardboard presentation boxes are all kerbside recyclable. We choose materials that are beautiful, functional, and part of a circular system—never plastic.

How should I care for my glass bottles?

Our smoky grey glass bottles are designed for longevity. To remove any residue from the exterior of the bottle, run it under warm running water or wipe with a damp cloth. For more thorough cleaning between fills, add the bottle to the top rack of your dishwasher; it will be restored to new.

Do your aluminium tubes crack or split?

No. Our tubes are made from premium quality, soft, unlined aluminium that will crease with use—but never crack or split. Not only is aluminium more sustainable than plastic; it allows the entire contents to be emptied to avoid waste. Always roll from the base to ensure you get every last drop.

Where do you ship to?

We ship within Australia via carbon-neutral couriers, and internationally via global and local carriers.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location but are typically 2–5 business days within Australia. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please email us at info@worksproducts.com.au as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No—but our gift boxes are design-led, beautifully presented, and come ready to gift. All of our products come in presentation boxes to protect the contents in transit and deliver a memorable gifting experience.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within seven days and we’ll make it right.

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us at info@worksproducts.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll organise a replacement right away.
