This competition is run jointly by Works Melbourne Pty Ltd (ABN 20 628 176 385) of 5/2A Carbine Way, Mornington VIC 3931 (WØRKS) and Marmoset Found Pty Ltd of Melbourne, Australia (Marmoset Found), together the Promoters.

One competition, two websites

This is a single competition promoted on worksproducts.com.au and marmosetfound.com.au. Entries made through either website, and all bonus entries, go into the same draw for the same prize.

Competition period

The competition opened at 12:01am AEDT on Tuesday 6 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 26 October 2026. Entry through worksproducts.com.au opens on Friday 9 October 2026. Entries, orders and Instagram comments made outside the competition period don't count.

Who can enter

Residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible.

How to enter

There are 3 ways to enter. Each one counts on its own, and you can use one, two or all three. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

1. Sign up: 1 entry

Complete the entry form at worksproducts.com.au/pages/win-enter or on marmosetfound.com.au with a valid email address, and agree to receive marketing emails from that Promoter. This gives you 1 entry. One sign-up entry per person, even if you sign up on both websites. Existing subscribers can enter by completing the form.

2. Shop: 1 entry per $1

You receive 1 entry for every whole $1 spent on orders placed at worksproducts.com.au or marmosetfound.com.au during the competition period. Each order is counted on the amount paid after discounts, excluding shipping and gift card purchases, in Australian dollars as recorded by that Promoter's store, rounded down to the nearest dollar. Cancelled, refunded or returned orders, and wholesale or trade orders, don't count. Purchase entries are matched to the email address used on the order.

3. Instagram: 1 entry per comment

Follow both @worksproducts and @marmosetfound on Instagram, then comment on the competition post pinned to the top of either account, tagging 2 friends. Each comment that tags 2 people you haven't already tagged in this competition earns 1 entry. There is no limit on the number of Instagram entries per person. You must still follow both accounts when the competition closes. Tags of brand or business accounts, or of accounts that appear fake or automated, don't count. The Promoters count Instagram entries by reviewing the comments on the pinned posts.

The draw

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 12:00pm AEDT on Thursday 29 October 2026 at 5/2A Carbine Way, Mornington VIC 3931. Every entry has an equal chance of being drawn, so more entries mean more chances to win. If the drawn entry is invalid, a further entry will be drawn immediately.

The prize

1 winner will receive a $500 WØRKS digital gift card and a $500 Marmoset Found digital gift card, a total prize value of $1,000 (AUD, including GST). Gift cards are subject to each issuer's terms, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Each Promoter will send its own gift card to the winner.

Winner notification

The winner will be contacted by email, or by Instagram direct message from @worksproducts or @marmosetfound if drawn from an Instagram entry, and announced on both Promoters' Instagram accounts on Friday 30 October 2026 by first name, surname initial and state or region. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize. If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT on Friday 13 November 2026 at the same address, and the new winner will be contacted within 2 business days. The Promoters will never ask for payment, card details or passwords to claim the prize.

Your details

Each Promoter collects the details entered on its own website and uses them to run the competition and, where you have agreed, to send you marketing from that Promoter only. If you opt in to text messages from WØRKS, you can reply STOP at any time. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. The Promoters share entrant details with each other only as needed to conduct the draw and award the prize. Each Promoter's privacy policy applies, including worksproducts.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

General

The Promoters may disqualify entries they reasonably believe are fraudulent, automated, or made using multiple email addresses or accounts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand consumer law.
