User Guide - WORKS Wholesale Portal

Our online ordering system makes it easier for you to browse, select, and submit orders at your convenience — with access to live wholesale pricing, testers, and display options all in one place. It’s simple, fast, and designed to save you time. We’ve already created your account, just log in to get started.

Let’s Get Started

1. Access the Wholesale Portal

Simply push the url below: https://worksproducts.com.au/pages/wholesale-portal

2. Log in with your email

Enter the same email address you’ve used with us previously (the one listed on your past invoice). You’ll receive a one-time code via email — no password required. If your email isn’t recognised, please contact us at support@worksproducts.com.au and we’ll add you to the system.

3. Browse products and add to cart

Once inside the portal, you’ll see all available products with wholesale pricing, plus a section for Testers and Displays. Please note:

• Some products have minimum order quantities
• Some items are sold in pre-set pack sizes (e.g. packs of 6)

4. Submit your order (no payment required at checkout)

When your order is ready, proceed to checkout and click submit. You won’t be charged — this simply sends your order to us for review.

5. Receive your final invoice

We’ll calculate shipping based on your order and location. A final invoice will be emailed to you within 1–2 business days.

6. Pay via bank transfer or credit card

Once your invoice arrives, make payment via bank transfer or credit card (1.8% fee applies). Your order will be packed and dispatched once payment is received.
