The WØRKS Aromatic Candle — Seventy Hours of Considered Scent
The moment before a candle is lit is underrated. The match. The pause. The small decision to make the room better before anyone’s arrived.
Our Aromatic Candle range was designed to be worth that moment — and the seventy hours that follow it.
How Our Candles Are Made
Every WØRKS Aromatic Candle is hand-poured in Melbourne. We use a blend of soy and coconut wax — chosen for its clean, even burn and the way it carries fragrance right through to the final hours without pooling or tunnelling.
Free from paraffin, lead, and synthetic dyes. Each one burns for 70 hours.
The Scents
Six fragrances — all crafted by a master perfumer in Australia, all IFRA-certified, all phthalate-free — mirror the hand and body care ranges so you can carry the same scent from your ritual to your space.
- Bergamot · Neroli · Cedar — vibrant and bright, with cedar warmth underneath
- Cumquat · Jasmine · Moss — green and citrus-forward, clean and verdant
- Vetiver · Nettle · Petitgrain — earthy and dry, the scent of cool mornings and open windows
- Amber · Lavandin · Clove — warm, spiced, for evenings that need to slow down
- Saltbush · Sage · Musk — herbal and grounding, distinctly Australian
- Peony · Mint · Verbena — soft floral with green edges, lighter than it sounds
The Vessel
The candle sits in a deep green glass vessel with a timber lid and a silicone base mat — heat resistant to 230°C, designed to protect surfaces from heat and moisture. The silicone base is dishwasher safe.
When the candle is spent, the vessel is worth keeping. Clean it out. Use it as a vessel, a planter, a storage piece. It was designed to outlast the wax.
Scent Layering
Each candle pairs with the matching WØRKS Interior Mist and the hand or body soap in the same fragrance family — designed to move through your space and your routine at the same time. The Saltbush candle next to the Saltbush Interior Mist in the same room creates a depth of scent that neither achieves alone.
