Known for showcasing the very best in interior design, architecture and urban living, Design Anthology is Australia and the Asia Pacific’s leading independent design publication.
A luxury experience
Design Anthology recently shone the spotlight on Fugazzi, a destination bar and dining room in central Adelaide. Designed by renowned architecture and interior design duo Graham Charbonneau and Dave Bickmore of studio-gram, Fugazzi is as celebrated for its lavish interior as it is for its cuisine by Laura and Max Sharrad.
Characterised by a striking colour palette, custom made furniture, high-gloss cabinetry and touches of whimsy, Fugazzi blends comfort with luxury. The interior is fitted out with cosy banquettes and intimate booths offset by a dramatic marble bar.
A space for reflection
Quite seperate from the bar and dining room, the bathrooms offer an instagram-worthy respite. The textural black and white touches found throughout the main space spill dramatically across the bathroom floor, where checkerboard tiling is softened by a communal mirror in baby blue tones, gently curved timber doorways, individual pedestal basins and brushed brass fixtures.
Meticulous attention to detail
In a space where experience is everything and attention to detail reigns supreme, WØRKS products were carefully selected to compliment the bathroom aesthetic. Mounted in custom made wall brackets, our ÅRHUS Nourishing Hand Soap and Hand Cream provide a duo of comfort for patrons.
A complete sensory experience
Olfactory experience is not forgotten. Our KØBEN Aromatic Candles in Bergamot, Neroli, Cedar and Sage, Saltbush Musk burn throughout the dining and drinking spaces to set the scene for restrained luxury.
With studio-gram at the helm, it’s no surprise that this New York inspired Italian eatery is creating waves in the design world. And where high-end design is at the forefront, WØRKS products are the natural fit.
